Shipping Charges for Fresh Seafood items:
We will ship the day before to your selected “delivery date” via FedEx Overnight Service so your items arrive on the “date of your request”. You will be able to select your “delivery date” per our drop down calendar during the checkout process.
*Saturday delivery’s (if requested) are an additional $16 on top of the normal FedEx delivery charge.
We ship all “food items” via FedEx overnight delivery (All food items must ship via overnight service to insure fresh produce) per your requested “delivery date”.
During the checkout process the store will calculate a shipping charge for you prior to requesting your credit card information.
We can take orders hours, days, weeks and months in advance for your convenience.

Shipping Charges for “Non food items / Lobster Tools & Accessory items only etc.”
FedEx Ground (3-5 day service) service can be selected during checkout process for all “non food” items.
Your ground shipping charge will also be calculated when selecting this option prior to requesting your credit card information.

We ship everywhere in the United States (does not include Hawaii & Alaska) via FedEx Express Overnight delivery per your requested “delivery date” which you can select per our drop down calendar during the checkout process.We “do not ship” International orders (outside the USA) due to customs delays of perishable fresh seafood.
Yes, all of our orders are shipped overnight to insure absolute freshness. During the checkout process a drop down calendar shall appear to choose your selected future “delivery date”. (your package will ship the day before your selected delivery date).
To receive your order the next day (tomorrow), please place your order before 1:30 pm EST at the latest for next day delivery.
Advance Orders: You can place orders up to 3 months in advance for your convenience per our drop down calendar during checkout.
FedEx Standard Overnight® deliveries are available on Tuesday thru Saturday’s only.
FedEx Express overnight shipments do not pick up or deliver on Sundays, so Sunday and Monday “deliveries” are not possible.

Upon completion of your order (aprox 1 minute) you shall receive a “Confirmation of your order” email which will be a copy of your order showing the items you selected and the delivery date you’ve requested with pricing per your receipt.
On the date of your scheduled shipment a “Fed Ex Notification email” with your FedEx tracking number shall also be sent to the “bill to” email address you’ve provided by 5pm EST/Boston time for your convenience. The Fed Ex tracking# can be verified on www.fedex.com to verify your shipment has been sent and delivered to the “ship to” address provided.

Yes, feel free to go to each product category and select which items you would like to purchase. You can also call one of our customer service reps (1-508-451-2467) who can assist you with your order or with any questions you may have during regular business hours.
Each order will come packed in a Decorative Gift Package including the following items:
- Your personalized “greeting card” with your special message
- Colorful confetti and decorative tissue paper
- Lobster bib’s
- Wet naps
- A cooking manual for live lobsters and shellfish to insure error free preparation
- Includes a $10. gift certificate to be used towards your next order* Pre-configured Decorative Gift Packages (see that category) will have their own specific items to be included.

If choosing a particular pre-configured gift package, just click on the picture of that specific gift package and it shall list all the items included with that particular gift package.
** If you wish to add items to your gift package, feel free to go to the “Lobster Tools & Accessory” or any particular “food item section” for additional add-on items.
Our packages are packaged in a Styrofoam cooler with plenty of frozen jell packs to keep your items alive and fresh upon arrival (in case of a weather delay as well). Unfortunately when it comes to weather there is a reason as to why a plane does not get in the air and this issue is beyond anyone’s control. For this reason we prepare each package in case of such delays to insure your items arrive in perfect condition as if they were in the refrigerator. If you have an important event we would suggest you ordering your items to be received one day before your “big event” so your items are received properly and your not disappointed in case of a weather delay.
We suggest letting the “receiver” know about your gift on the day it is to be received to insure the items are brought into the home on a timely basis to insure lively seafood.
All items are packaged accordingly in case of such weather delay’s (Please plan accordingly) so you will receive live and fresh produce in case of a weather delay.
*No penalty will be incurred if the order is postponed/delayed or “date of shipment is changed” (prior to date of shipment allowed only) and the order will remain open until notified by the orderer to request your selected “future delivery date”.
**No same day cancellations or date adjustments on the “date of shipment” due to the acquisition and coordination of fresh products to your requested location for next day delivery.
*** Any cancellations prior to the ship date will incur a 6% handling/processing fee which will be deducted from the total credit being issued per your order.
